Server Upgrade from 2023-11-30 04:15 PM +08 to 2023-11-30 05:15 PM +08

In order to serve our users better, we’ll be performing a server upgrade on one of our cache servers. We expect the process to complete within 1 hour with minimal effect on the /api/v3/coins/markets endpoint. Other endpoints are not affected.
