Onchain Endpoints - Intermittent Errors

This incident has been resolved.

Summary: Some requests to the /onchain endpoints returned 500 errors, and the OnchainSimpleTokenPrice, OnchainTrade and OnchainOHLCV WebSocket channels experienced delayed or missing updates.
Root cause: A planned infrastructure maintenance on an upstream data service caused intermittent connection failures.
Resolution: The affected services were updated and restarted, and error rates have returned to normal.

We have identified the cause of intermittent errors affecting onchain data:

• REST API: /onchain endpoints may return 500 errors.
• WebSocket: the OnchainSimpleTokenPrice, OnchainTrade and OnchainOHLCV channels may experience delayed or missing updates.

Our team is actively working on a fix. All other endpoints and the CGSimplePrice channel remain operational. We will provide an update once the fix is in place.
